      1. Yippee!! Hope they’re equipped to sell more than a couple of pounds. Advise them that seasoned New Mexicans need to have enough for to freeze and last awhile.

          1. Jake, we purchased Hatch green chile at the HyVee store listed on Eagan
Dr., Savage, MN (Minneapolis burb). We drove from Duluth (~2.5 hrs.) but was certainly worth the drive. I had called ahead and reserved a 25 lb. box . It was indeed roasted in a roaster and put in the plastic bag. We threw it on top of a bag of ice in a cooler and was nice and cool by the time we got home. Chile is very meaty and plenty hot (we requested hot). Folks are very nice and the young man roasting was actually trained on how to roast, etc. We were skeptical, but it’s the real thing!!! So happy I found the site advertising it.
