Any Hatch chile in Albuquerque?
You’re kidding?! =)

Where are the locations of the local community farmers that will have hatch chile?

Why don’t you come to Phoenix, AZ?
There are several Hispanic markets that would gladly allow you to be there.
I’m curious as to why only in Tucson and a lot in California?
may be because every Wal-Mart already carries at least brand in the frozen food section year round in the Phx/Mesa area
Can I take it with me to Costa Rica? Will it spoil on the day trip? Roasted
Hmmm…. Not sure they will let it on the plane? If you can pack it with some dry ice, it would definitely keep for the day.
Generally taking fresh produce (even roasted) over international boundaries without tons of red tape is impossible. The raw chiles will likely get quaranteened and you will not see them until they are well past rotten. If you are committed to trying, I would first contact the embassy to get the low down on import rules.
Put it in the ice chest with alot of ice it
will stay fresh.

Hello, Where can I buy organic Hatch Chiles? Why don’t you market an organic hatch chile salsa? I think it would be a best seller! I certainly would keep buying this! I read that a fair amount of hebicides/pesticides are used on chiles…I want to eat the healthiest chiles possible. Hope you consider dedicating a portion of your growing to this!
